TS-19–SEED FLOW CONTROL
Seed flow control for Pneumatic Precision Seeders.
TS-19 provides precise unit-based flow control up to 12 rows, thanks to optical sensors attached to each unit and speed sensor mounted to the wheel, and electronic sensing, measurement and calculation technology. According to different seed types and sowing rates, the seed flow parameters can be changed by the user, and when the flow is interrupted, the user is warned with an audible, visual and light warning. Sowing rate, area information is displayed instantly on the monitor (ha/da), and the amount of seed to be planted per hectare is calculated and displayed to the user during planting. Also, at the end of sowing, the amount of seeds per hectare is displayed. Thus, the user is enabled to sow precisely, to be warned when there is a problem during planting, to make the necessary intervention and to constantly control the seed flow. It works integrated with the optional motorized micro granular fertilizer control system.

Calibration Section
1. Before starting sowing, you can check the misfire setting in the calibration section.
2. You can see the dust rates of the sensors.
3. It helps to detect mechanical problems before sowing.
Memory
1. The total area information is stored in memory and cannot be deleted.
2. The last parcel stores the number of seeds per hectare in the planted area in its memory.
Self Test
Performs system check with automatic test at system startup.
