OIZ-19 Advanced Tramlining System
Tramlining System for Universal Seeders.
The OIZ-19 system, which is used in gearbox type universal seed drills, controls whether the seed shaft rotates throughthe sensors that mounted at different points of the machine, and displays the sowing speed and planted area information on the monitor. In addition, it automatically follows the tramlining order by controlling the marker arm. It controls the coil or actuator when it's time to tramlining, and warns the user when no tramline is left. It controls the fullness or level of the seed and fertilizer tank.
Monitor Information
1. Indicates the sowing speed.
2. It displays the planted area information on the screen.
3. It shows the seed and/or fertilizer level/filling information on the screen.
4. It controls the rotation of the seed shaft according to the sensitivity setting, and gives a visual and light warning in case of any malfunction.5. It guarantees correct Micro Fertilizer application with easy calibration settings.
5. It shows you in which line you are and the row you tramline. It checks if the tramline has occurred and gives a warning if it does not.
